How do you determine your ring size?

What is your resize policy?
Each customer is entitled to one free ring resizing within 60 days of purchase. This includes engraved items.
What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 60 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange.
How long is your warranty?
We offer a 1 Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship on all our Jewellery.

How do I return my item?
To return an item, please email [email protected]. Include your order ID and reason for return.

How long does it take for a resize?
We recommend that you allow two to three weeks for your resize to be completed.
Do you offer custom designs?
Our experts are happy to help you create a customized piece of jewellery. Please email us on [email protected] with details of what you are looking for and an agent will be happy to help.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes, you can add your engraving message on the product before you add it to your cart.
Do you have any discounts or promotions?
Occasionally, we do offer promotions throughout the year. Please email [email protected] to see if you can avail of one.
My order says "in production" what does this mean?
Your order is being created. We have emailed you with the delivery dates of your order. If you need anymore help please reply to that email.
